Diana Rosano’s academic musical studies were undertaken at Conservatorio de las Rosas in Morelia, Michoacan and Escuela Superior de Música in Mexico City. She worked as part of the Bellas Artes chorus for 7 years and has performed in multidisciplinary recitals, concerts and shows in different states in Mexico, New York and London.
Humberto Flores is the winner of the 2008 Euro Latin Award. He is considered one of the most accomplished Mexican musicians of his generation due to his extensive musical exposure and training both in Mexico and abroad.
Huapangos by Jarana Beat
Mexican roots outfit Jarana Beat fuses elements of Mexico’s African and Amerindian traditions with salsa, cumbia, and other contemporary music in its present-day take on folkloric music. They will share with us huapangos from the huasteca region of Puebla, Mexico.
Finalist drawings Éste es Mi México contest
Every year, for 16 years, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) through the Institute for Mexicans Abroad (IME) invites kids from all over the world to participate in a drawing contest called Éste es Mi México (This is My Mexico), we will have the finalist's drawings in an exhibition.
